CPV provides full-service edging solutions to suit a wide range of trade and manufacturing needs. We process veneer, melamine, PVC, and ABS into pre-glued or raw rolls, slitted to your required width. Veneer Slitting

We can slit veneer rolls to any custom width required for your project. Whether you need a single roll or a production batch, our slitting equipment delivers consistent and accurate results with minimal waste.

Veneer Pre-Gluing

Our pre-gluing service prepares veneer edging for immediate application. Using high-quality adhesives, we can pre-glue both natural and reconstituted veneers to suit various bonding requirements.

ABS & PVC Edging Conversion

We process ABS and PVC rolls to your preferred widths, making them ready for use on a range of board thicknesses. Our equipment allows for clean, precise cuts ideal for cabinet and panel finishing.

Re-Rolling & Re-Packaging

After slitting or pre-gluing, edging rolls can be re-rolled to your desired lengths for easier handling, storage, and transport. We can also repackage rolls to meet specific labeling or dispatch needs.
